While you can kite right out in front of Dumaluan , there are usually a ton of kids swimming right there and some pump boats parked downwind near the Dumaluan Resort to take people diving. Sometimes, you can even catch some waist to rib-high waves in front of South Palms. It looks like nothing from the beach, but once you get offshore, there can be bigger swells if you get lucky. It's by no means a wave spot and is excellent if you're looking for flats.
