The North Atlantic high generates the trade winds that blow during late spring and summer at a steady 15-20 knots.

Located directly in NE San Juan. Take Expresso de Diego and then Exp. Roman Baldorioty de Castro and exit at Ocean Park and get to the North shore. On google maps you will find Número Uno beach house right on the kite beach.
