If Desert Tortoise and wind is onshore, do not jump within 200m of the shore. When you jump, the kite gets above the wind shadow of the windward shore, and catches another burst of wind which can easily carry you onto the rocks. On North wind, can ride out to middle of lake for epic conditions and wind swell ramps for jumping.
