Sand point. Top to bottom waves. Advanced intermediate to expert wave riders only. With bigger swells, the wave will close out or break too fast for most people. Shore break and near shore side current can be strong but once out in the take off zone, the drift decreases.

📍 Getting There
🚶Short walk to the beach
About 90 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta on Hwy 200, turn right on dirt road in the town of Pino Suarez. There are a few signs for Rancho de las Olas and one is on Hwy 200 at the turnoff. The distance from Hwy 200 to the beach is about 10 miles. Cars with good ground clearance are needed. Rain may make parts of the road difficult to drive. Park car at the end of the road and follow the trail through the estuary or over the concrete flood control `bridge.` The campground is on the beach.
