On the reef enclosing this bay are two wave spots that are regularly ridden by the locals, “Yachyaâ€

Best is to hire a car on the island if you want to be mobile, as public transport is fairly tedious and slow. Otherwise taxis usually do the transfers from and to the airport. You can park directly at the beach.
